US, South Korea Vow Unparalleled Response If North Carries Out 7th Nuclear Test

Cho was speaking along with the Foreign Ministers of Japan and the United States, Vice Foreign Minister Takeo Mori and Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman.
"We urge (North Korea) to refrain from further provocations," Sherman stated, and said that the North's recent actions are "reckless and deeply destabilizing for the region."
