Department of Defense: Today [November 2023], the DOD released the 2023 Department of Defense Strategy for Operations in the Information Environment (SOIE).
The 2023 DOD SOIE will improve the Department's ability to plan, resource, and apply informational power toward integrated deterrence, campaigning, and building enduring advantage as described in the 2022 National Defense Strategy.
