International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA): The IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi said that experts have observed directional anti-personnel mines "on the periphery of the site of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP)".

The agency said that the mines were spotted during a walk-down on July 23rd when IAEA personnel saw mines planted "in a buffer zone between the site’s internal and external perimeter barriers".

The agency also noted the planned transition of reactor 4 from cold to hot shutdown.
