North Korea Claims South Korean Drones Infiltrated Capital. Pyongyang Sends Troops Into Ukraine
North Korea has deployed troops along with Russia’s own troops, according to a South Korean Defense Minister who said that it’s “highly likely” that six North Korean officers were killed last week.
PYONGYANG - North Korea claims South Korean drones infiltrated its capital, Pyongyang and violated its airspace to scatter a “huge number of anti-DPRK smear leaflets over the central part of Pyongyang” on October 10th.
Additionally, North Korea has deployed troops along with Russia’s own troops, according to South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun who said that it’s “highly likely” that six North Korean officers were killed during a Ukrainian missile strike on Donetsk last week.
"We assess that the occurrence of casualties among North Korean officers and soldiers in Ukraine is highly likely, considering various circumstances," Kim stated and also said that the country is expected to send additional soldiers into Russia soon.
"The relations between Russia and North Korea are evolving to be almost as close as a military alliance," he stated adding,"As such, more North Korean troops could be deployed in the war, from how we look at it."
