Philippines: Chinese Coast Guard Blocked, Harassed And Interfered With Philippine Supply Vessels

Earlier this month the US released a statement saying that it stands with its Philippine allies in the face of "dangerous actions" by the Chinese Coast Guard after a previous incident.

MANILA - The Philippine Coast Guard reported that after they deployed two Multi-Role Response Vessels (MRRV) in order to support the Rotation and Resupply (RoRe) mission of the Philippine Armed Forces on August 22nd, Chinese Coast Guard vessels attempted to "block, harass, and interfere with the supply vessels".
