Updates: US Navy Warship Shoots Down Multiple Drones, Britain Reports UAS Activity In Region

RED SEA - The U.S. Navy's USS Carney (DDG-64) has once again come under attack according to a Pentagon official, after which Iranian-backed Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for attacking two "Israeli" vessels off Yemen's coast. This act, it says, was in response to Israeli attacks in Gaza, but did not directly claim attacks on the US warship.

There were no injuries to personnel or damage to equipment. Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve located the point of origin with uncrewed ISR assets and passed the location to Iraqi Security Forces who moved to and investigated the site.”
