Taiwan: 1 Chinese Aircraft, PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan. Launch Detected From Xichang, China.

Taiwan's Ministry of Defense said the launch does not pose a threat and that they are "ready to respond if necessary".

TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 1 Chinese military aircraft and 3 PLA Navy  (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan. Additionally, a launch was detected from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in China, which the MOD says does not pose a threat to Taiwan and is "ready to respond if necessary".
