RUSSIA-UKRAINE — Ukrainian forces employed United States-supplied Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missiles against military objectives inside Russian territory on 18–19 November. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strikes as successful on 18 November without disclosing locations.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on November 19 that four ATACMS missiles targeted sites in Voronezh Oblast and were fully intercepted by S-400 and Pantsir air-defense systems, with only minor debris damage to civilian facilities, including roofs of a gerontology center and an orphanage, and no casualties.
