US Carries Out Airstrike In Iraq Killing 5 to 8 Iranian Affiliated Militants
The rocket attack on the al-Asad airbase occurred on Monday causing some minor injuries, as well as minor damage to military infrastructure.
AL-ASAD, IRAQ - A United States AC-130 gunship has carried out an airstrike targeting a vehicle around the al-Asad airbase in Iraq, killing between five to eight Iranian-affiliated militants in direct response to a rocket attack on the al-Asad Airbase housing US soldiers.
