NORTHEASTERN SYRIA — On July 21, a US cargo plane landed at Kharab al-Jir base in the Rmeilan countryside, north of Al-Hasakah Governorate, carrying soldiers, advanced military equipment, and logistical supplies.
This landing, occurring shortly after midnight and accompanied by two military helicopters, formed part of an ongoing US military buildup in areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
A similar cargo plane arrival occurred on July 14 at the same base, delivering military and logistical supplies amid helicopter flights over the region, with no ground movements observed.
On July 18, a US delegation reached Qasrak base in northern Al-Hasakah countryside, indicating continued coordination efforts. Earlier, on July 3, a Coalition convoy of 20 trucks transported cement blocks and fuel into Al-Hasakah province via the Al-Waleed crossing.
