KERMAN, IRAN - The Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for multiple bomb blasts that killed at least 103 people and injured over 200 in Iran during a memorial ceremony and procession commemorating the 4th anniversary of the killing of Iranian General and head of Iran's Quds Force Qasem Soleimani in Kerman, according to Iranian state television. Casualty numbers are still being assessed.
