SOUTHEAST ASIA — Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to convene a meeting of the General Border Committee on December 24 in Thailand’s Chanthaburi province to discuss ceasefire implementation and verification measures. This follows a special ASEAN foreign ministers’ meeting in Kuala Lumpur on December 22.
