Russian President Vladimir Putin: Trump's desire to restore relations with Russia "deserves attention at a minimum".
MOSCOW/KYIV - While Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow will continue pressing forward in the Ukraine conflict, he added that he's open to negotiating with former President, and current President-elect Donald Trump regarding an end to Russia's “Special Military Operation” in Ukraine, which is seen by most of the world as an invasion on the country.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he had a productive conversation with President-elect Trump during a phone call on Wednesday and said he appreciates Trump's peace-through-strength approach regarding global affairs and said, "This is exactly the principle that can practically bring just peace in Ukraine closer."
The United States has also completed an unarmed test of the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile equipped with multiple targetable re-entry vehicles on November 5th intended to "demonstrate that the United States’ nuclear deterrent is safe, secure, reliable and effective to deter 21st century threats and reassure our allies".
